My name is Jessica Allen and I am the Jessica in Jessica’s Team. I have been in real estate for about 10 years, initially as an investor now as a licensed realtor. The last 8 or so years I have the spent building a team, Jessica’s Team, that specializes in working with families that buy and sell houses using Owner Financing. 8 years ago 90% of Americans could get a bank loan, now only 47%. That means the majority of American families need non-traditional financing to buy a home. My/our goal is to help families who want to do this be able to get a quality home, at market value with reasonable financing terms.

It has been a rewarding decade, to have helped so many families buy an Owner Financed home after they’ve been turned away by the bank. We help you set up a plan to rebuild you credit so you are able to refinance your home into your own loan.

Before becoming a licensed realtor I was an investor who specialized in buying and selling Owner Financed homes. Right now the market is flooded with investors learning how to do this and like with most new things there is a learning curve. Who pays for the learning is the hard part, many times it is the buyer or seller, not the investor.
